I completed my FEA training with Paul Adkins, a world-renowned acupuncturist who specialises in facial enhancement and rejuvenation.

Cosmetic Acupuncture is a natural, holistic anti-ageing treatment that aims to gradually reduce fine lines and wrinkles.

At Mowbray Acupuncture Clinic, cosmetic acupuncture treatment will concentrate on points and muscles of the face to improve the elasticity of your skin and general overall appearance. Although relatively new to the Western world, facial acupuncture has been used in China to combat the signs of ageing and treat facial skin conditions for thousands of years.

FEA helps to improve wrinkles, lift the face, and eradicate lines around the eyes, nose, and mouth. Ultra-fine needles are inserted into wrinkles and fine lines, creating a very small injury to the skin, this encourages the body to produce collagen which repairs the skin and fills the lines giving the skin a plumper appearance. Constitutional acupuncture points on your arms and legs are used to create balance within the body, reduce stress, and promote health.

Treatment

The ultra-fine intradermal needles will be left in place for 20 minutes, and following treatment, a personalised blend of oils will be applied using relaxing massage techniques and facial Gua-Sha leaving you with a radiant complexion. Finally, arnica cream will be applied for a cooling finish.

A course of treatment will be required to show pronounced results.
